The RAP-1580 is the ideal home cinema solution for those who do not have space for separate components but still want uncompromising performance. It's an ultra-high-performance integrated multi-channel amplifier - with surround processing that brings music and movies to life in a real-life sensation. Presenting the latest HDMI 2.0a, DTS: X and Dolby Atmos 7.1.4 processing, its amplifier section is built on a powerful AB-class 7 x 100 watt channel concept, ACD in 8 ohms, and anchored by a transformer massive toroidal made by Rotel.

The RAP-1580 uses 24-bit / 192kHz Wolfson High-Performance Digital-Analog Converters for all channels. These low-noise, sound-quality DACs are supported with high-quality audio tracks in circuits controlled by Rotel UK's acoustic engineering team.

Inputs include 8 x HDMI video inputs with 2 x HDMI video outputs, all of which accept 4K video, with 3 of these inputs and both outputs enabled with HDCP 2.2. On the front panel there is a seven-button TFT screen to ensure easy adjustment of all audio and video parameters without the need to turn on the television or video projection system. This is ideal for arrangements where the equipment rack is located separately from the video screen. It has a complete set of personalized integration features.

Other features include an HDMI input on the front 4K video panel, an iPod USB input on the 2.1-inch front panel and Bluetooth integrated aptX technology for greater fidelity.
